Privacy Policy

What BotMomo knows about you — and what it deliberately doesn't.

Last updated: February 25, 2026

The short version

BotMomo is built around a simple idea: you came here to feel less alone, not to hand over your life story. We do not collect personal information. We do not run a social network. Users do not exchange data with each other. The developer does not build profiles, sell insights, or store your name, email, or contact details inside the app.

What moves through the system is narrow by design: the text you type into a conversation, a device-level identifier used for analytics and push notifications, and nothing else we would reasonably call "personal."

Who operates BotMomo

BotMomo is published by trend trading london, operated by Sajid Aslam Khan. For questions about this policy, reach us at owner@trend-trading-london.com or via the contact page.

What the app actually receives from you

When you use BotMomo, the only user-generated content that leaves your device for processing is:

Conversation history may be stored locally on your device so you can resume chats. We do not operate a cloud archive of your emotional conversations tied to your identity.

Third-party services we rely on

BotMomo uses independent providers to keep the app running. Each operates under its own privacy terms. We chose them for specific jobs — not to build a data empire.

OpenAI — conversation generation

BotMomo uses OpenAI as a third-party service to generate text responses in chat. When you send a message, only the text of that message is transmitted for processing. No account credentials, contact lists, or personal identifiers are attached to the request from our app.

OpenAI processes this content according to its own policies. We do not control their infrastructure. We use the service strictly to turn your words into a supportive reply — not to enrich marketing databases.

Singular — analytics

We use Singular, a third-party analytics platform, to understand how the app is installed and used in aggregate — things like which features get opened, not who opened them. Singular may receive the anonymous device identifier mentioned above. It does not receive the content of your conversations.

OneSignal — push notifications

OneSignal is a third-party service that delivers optional push notifications — gentle reminders that BotMomo is here if you want it. To route a notification to the right installation, OneSignal uses a unique device token. No message content is sent through OneSignal.

What we do not do

Children

BotMomo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Security

Data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption. No system is perfectly immune, but we keep the data surface intentionally small — fewer categories of information means fewer things that can go wrong.

Changes to this policy

If we update how BotMomo handles information, we will revise this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
